I have worked with many administrators in my career — and there are many good ones out there — but hands down, dollar for dollar NAV is one of the best out there and very underrated in the industry. The pillars of any business are its people, processes, and technology. Their people, day in and day out, go above and beyond. They genuinely care, and in my opinion, that's very hard to find these days! The processes and controls they put in place work well.
