Rated #1 Value for Money by HFM Insights, our fund administration pricing is straightforward. We start out by working with you to understand your administrative needs. Since an emerging cryptocurrency fund may have very different administrative needs than an established venture capital fund, we’ll ask relevant questions about your fund’s AUM, its complexity and the number of current investors. Unlike other administrators, we don’t add on unnecessary extra fees.

There are no monthly fees for:

Web portal access or the number of portal users
Set-up or transaction fees
Customized reporting
White labeling your newsletter or investor statements
No upgrade or licensing fees for our technology systems
