Mr. Gupta has 25 years of experience in the hedge fund and alternative investments industry. He founded the flagship company NAV Consulting, Inc. in Chicago in 1991 and is President and CEO of the NAV Group. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing accounting systems and managing administration and process controls effectively.

Vice President and CTO of the NAV Group and co-founder of NAV Consulting, Inc., she guides in the planning, implementation, maintenance, and support of the firm's IT systems. She oversees critical technological systems to meet both complex accounting requirements and implement the latest advances in modern technology. She has over 20 years of experience in the hedge fund and alternative investments industry.

Vice President of NAV Consulting and with the NAV Group since 1992, he manages Fund Administration Operations with a principal focus on ensuring process quality. His expertise is in hedge funds, fund of funds and commodity pools, with 20 years experience in this industry. He also designs and supervises internal processes as well as coordinating the firm's audit and tax teams which handle year-end financial statements and tax work and also interact with the independent auditors of our client funds.

Vice President of NAV Consulting and with the NAV Group since 2001, he is an expert in financial analysis and management reporting with over a decade of industry experience. He manages fund accounting systems and new client implementations based on client requirements. Additionally, he oversees client processes and has responsibilities in the area of business development. He graduated with a degree in management.

As Senior Manager, he has been with the NAV Group since 1993. He has over 18 years of industry experience and is part of our Fund Administration Services group. He also supervises our Hedge Funds/Commodity Pools Tax Preparation Services. He graduated with a degree in mathematics.
